- ❌ Claims without valid proof of damage or error
- ❌ Normal wear during shipping that doesn't affect product integrity
4. Proof Requirements
To process any refund or replacement request, you must provide:
Required Documentation:
- Unboxing video: Clear, unedited video showing the package being opened from its original sealed state
- High-quality photographs of:
- The damaged/incorrect product (before any use)
- Outer packaging with visible shipping labels
- Any damage to the packaging
⚠️ Important: Requests submitted without valid proof will not be processed.
5. Claim Timeline
- All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted
- Late submissions will be automatically declined regardless of validity
6. Verification Process
- Perfumify.lk reserves the right to verify all claims and request additional evidence
- We maintain sole discretion to approve or deny refund/replacement requests based on provided evidence
- Additional investigation may be required for complex cases
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunded via original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
8. Replacement Policy
- When possible, we will provide a replacement product rather than a refund
- If the original product is unavailable, a refund will be processed
- Replacement products are subject to the same quality standards
9. Fraud Prevention

- Products showing signs of tampering, decanting, refilling, or misuse are ineligible for refund/replacement
