  • All sales are final
  • Returns and refunds are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except under the specific conditions outlined below
  • This policy maintains the hygiene and authenticity of our products and prevents contamination or tampering

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Product damaged during delivery (e.g., broken bottle, significant leakage)
  • Incorrect product delivered (not what you ordered)

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • ❌ Dislike of fragrance or performance (fragrance preference is subjective)
  • ❌ Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • ❌ Claims without valid proof of damage or error
  • ❌ Normal wear during shipping that doesn't affect product integrity

4. Proof Requirements

To process any refund or replacement request, you must provide:

Required Documentation:

  • Unboxing video: Clear, unedited video showing the package being opened from its original sealed state
  • High-quality photographs of:
    • The damaged/incorrect product (before any use)
    • Outer packaging with visible shipping labels
    • Any damage to the packaging

⚠️ Important: Requests submitted without valid proof will not be processed.

5. Claim Timeline

  • All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted
  • Late submissions will be automatically declined regardless of validity

6. Verification Process

  • Perfumify.lk reserves the right to verify all claims and request additional evidence
  • We maintain sole discretion to approve or deny refund/replacement requests based on provided evidence
  • Additional investigation may be required for complex cases

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunded via original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

8. Replacement Policy

  • When possible, we will provide a replacement product rather than a refund
  • If the original product is unavailable, a refund will be processed
  • Replacement products are subject to the same quality standards

9. Fraud Prevention

We take the following measures seriously:

  • Products showing signs of tampering, decanting, refilling, or misuse are ineligible for refund/replacement
  • Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension
  • Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from making purchases
